Hi, my name is Alex Smith, I live in Stella and have an Associate's in Aviation from Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I am a Certified Flight Instructor - Instrument, meaning I can not only help you get your private pilot license, but I can also teach you to soar through the clouds. Our training aircraft is a 1972 Cessna 172M, one of the most trusted and proven airplanes in general aviation. Known for its stability, forgiving handling, and excellent visibility, the 172M is an ideal platform for both Private Pilot and Instrument Rating training.

This aircraft is equipped with upgraded, modern avionics, including a Garmin GNX 375 GPS and a Garmin GTX 345 transponder, providing reliable navigation, situational awareness, and IFR capability. The aircraft is fully IFR certified, making it perfectly suited for real-world instrument training in addition to foundational flight instruction.
